  • Mike Eberhardt has been active as a monitor with Contractor Integrity Solutions since 2009

  • He has completed over 30 monitor assignments with a wide variety of federal and state agencies.

  • Monitor assignments have involved underlying issues relating to procurement, accounting, tax, corruption, procurement integrity, and DBE compliance.

  • Mike previously served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York and the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice. He is the recipient of the John Marshall Award from the U.S. Attorney General.

  • Mike also served as Deputy Inspector General at the General Services Administration and as Assistant Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Defense. He was responsible for implementing the original DOD Voluntary Disclosure Program in coordination with the Department of Justice.

  • Following his Government service, Mike was a partner at Crowell & Moring in both the Government Contracts and White-Collar Crime groups, and also served as General Counsel to a large Defense contractor where he directed the implementation of a new ethics and compliance program.

  • Mike also served on the ABA Task Force in 2010 that provided guidance concerning the Mandatory Disclosure Rule instituted by the Government.
